Talos was once mortal and was known under the names of Tiber Septim, General Talos, Hjalti Early-Beard, the Dragonborn, and Ysmir. He united the lands of Tamriel during the second era in his 81 years of reign as king.
In the fourth era, worship of Talos was banned due to the White-Gold Concordat. However many Nord continue to worship him despite these terms.
