Reign
Queen Ayrenn is the Altmer leader of the Aldmeri Dominion. She is intelligent and honorable, with a genuine humility rarely seen among her people but she is also a decisive leader with a stubborn streak. She is young for a High Elf — a mere 28 years old — but she spent much of the first part of her life roaming the lands and seas of Tamriel, seeking adventure and the kind of education schools cannot impart. She returned to Summerset following the death of her father to accept her position as heir to the Altmer throne.
Alleged Biography
Ayrenn was said to be the daughter of King Hidellith and his wife Kinlady Tuinden, and was born on the 5th of Second Seed in the year 555 of the Second Era. Her birth and naming was claimed to be ordained by the Scrolls of Praxis, to which all of Summerset, Auridon, and Artaeum celebrated her birth for fifty-five days.
Often, when she was younger, she would become so engrossed in her independent studies that she would go missing for several days, only to return with unusual knowledge and mastery of remarkable skills.
Some time in the month of Evening Star in 2E 563, when she was only 8 years old, her whole family gathered at Crystal Tower to celebrate her matriculation to the Sapiarchs' Labyrinth to study Altmeri Regal Praxis and Ceremoniarchy for 3,555 days. However, somewhere between the Palace and Tower she disappeared, and despite a 17th Degree Enquiry by the Justiciars, she was nowhere to be found. Her younger brother, Prince Naemon, was named heir to the throne, and in 2E 565 he matriculated into the Labyrinth.
Then, one day in the year 2E 580, word came from Port Velyn in Valenwood that Ayrenn had returned and was on her way to Auridon by swan ship. After her return, she announced that she was prepared, as the eldest heir, to assume the Throne of Alinor, and the High Justiciar affirmed that this was her right. During her adventures she had learnt much, and she was crowned Queen Ayrenn on the 7th of Frost Fall in the year 580.
True nature as KINMUNE
In reality, Ayrenn is a 9th-era mining vessel who was transported to Skyrim after space-time was disrupted by an armada of Hist blink-root-ships, her mind a mixture of the personalities of her last few users. She became known as an oracle, for her ability to proxy others through her to see the future, but drew the ire of Ysgramor, and was buried in Saarthal by his warriors. She eventually escaped, founding the First Dominion.
It is said that if one meets her, one should address her as "Your majesty KINMUNE" and see what happens. No player has managed to do this yet, however.
