One Hand and Shield

One Hand and Shield is one of six combat skills in The Elder Scrolls: Online. This skill offers defensive and offensive abilities and is a perfect choice for a tank. Blocking is more efficient.

Passive Skills

	Deadly Bash	Passive	10		With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill deals 50% additional damage and costs 25% less Stamina.
					With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill deals 100% additional damage and costs 50% less Stamina.
	Fortress	Passive	17		With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill reduces the cost of abilities by 5% and the cost of blocking by 15%.
					With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill reduces the cost of abilities by 10% and the cost of blocking by 30%.
	Deflect Bolts	Passive	30		With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill will block 8% additional damage from projectiles and ranged attacks.
					With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill will block 15% additional damage from projectiles and ranged attacks.
	Battlefield Mobility	Passive	41		With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill increases the movement speed while blocking by 25%.
					With one handed weapon and shield equipped, the skill increases the movement speed while blocking by 50%.
